Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that your personal data will be collected and processed by the Controller for the purposes listed below and related to the provision and management of the services offered by this website and related services (hereinafter “Website”).

Processing of personal data shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, storage, organization, structuring, arrangement, maintenance, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

We therefore inform you that this data will be processed manually and/or by computer or telematic means for the following purposes.

The processing of the personal data that you are required to provide when registering on the Website pursues the purposes of making possible the provision of the Services by WIQO, allowing you to access and navigate within the Website through its web pages. The processing of personal data may also pursue pre-contractual purposes, such as responding to specific requests from the data subject.

However, the aforementioned personal data are processed only for the purpose of allowing access to the Website, navigation and registration to the same in order to obtain information or clarifications in relation to WIQO and/or its products. Registration also allows access to the personal area made available on the same Website.

Your (non-sensitive) personal data processed by WIQO are those required for the above-mentioned purpose, and in particular, common personal data such as: first name, last name, e-mail. The processing will not concern personal data that falls under the category of “sensitive” or “special data”.

Your personal data will also be processed in order to fulfil the obligations laid down by law, regulation or EU legislation.

Pursuant to the applicable regulations of the GDPR, the Data Controller for the purposes set out in point 1 of this Policy is not obliged to acquire the specific consent for the processing of the common personal data of users who register on the Website. In fact, the processing of such data as illustrated above pursues primary purposes for which Article 6 of the GDPR excludes the need to acquire the specific consent of the user, either because the processing is necessary to comply with an obligation laid down by law, regulation or Community legislation, or because the processing is necessary to perform obligations arising from a contract (in the case: WIQO website’s general conditions of access and navigation) to which the data subject is a party or in order to fulfil, prior to the conclusion of the contract, specific requests of the data subject or – finally – because the processing of the data pursues administrative-accounting purposes pursuant to Art. 34 i-ter of the Italian Privacy Code.

If you still do not wish to provide the personal data required and necessary on the basis of the above, the consequence would be that you would not be able to access the Website.

The data processed for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 may be communicated to any other third party when such communication is required by law, including the prevention/repression of any unlawful activity connected with access to the Website.

With reference to Article 13(1)(e) of the GDPR, we indicate the subjects or categories of subjects who may become aware of the user’s personal data (both common and sensitive), in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge, and we provide below a list by category:

• WIQO staff, appointed as data processor;
• third parties involved by WIQO in the management of the Website and appointed as data processors.

The updated list of Data Processors – where appointed – can be found at the Data Controller’s head office in (34015) Muggia (TS), Via Martinelli no. 16.

Personal data will not be disseminated.

The data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, to allow navigation within the Website and to respond to any requests made by the Data Subject. Subsequently, personal data will be stored in WIQO’s database in order to respond to further requests from the Data Subject and legal requirements. If the user of the Website, following the conclusion of the navigation, requests the deletion of his or her data, exercising the rights referred to in Section 7, the Data Controller will not be able to respond to any requests made by the data subject. The retention periods of five or ten years prescribed by law for accounting and tax purposes remain unaffected. The data collected are processed within the Controller’s legal and operational headquarters.

Pursuant to Article 13(1)(f) of the Privacy Regulation, we inform you that all data collected will not be transferred to a third country or international organization, either within or outside the European Union

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Italian Privacy Code and pursuant to Articles 13(2)(b) and (d), 15, 18, 19 and 21 of the Privacy Regulation, we inform you that

• you have the right to request from the Controller access to, rectification or erasure of, or restriction of, personal data concerning you or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability;
• has the right to lodge a complaint with the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali” (the Italian Privacy Authority), following the procedures and indications published on the Authority’s official website at www.garanteprivacy.it.
• any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out at your request – unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort – shall be communicated by the Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Data Controller may communicate these recipients to you if you so request. The Site uses – through the Google Analytics service – also cookie analytics, which collect information in aggregate and anonymous form about the number of users and how they visit the Site.
